Exit Slip Management Tool

Here is a quick tool you can use to help manage your exit slip implementation. I wanted a fast and easy way to create learning target exit slips that would allow me to keep track of previous evidence questions.

This tool has an interface that allows you to create exit slips using a form that asks for the learning target and the evidence task. Print outs allow students space to self-assess and space to prove evidence of their learning.

I will begin implementing this tool in my classroom and will tweak this download as needed.
